D.L. Jardine’s is an emerging BBQ and salsa brand outside of Austin, TX. Jardine’s partnered with Prolific to improve sales and achieve stronger EBITDA for specifics products within their line-up. Additionally, the budding CPG brand needed to broaden its audience and improve distribution.
After a full round of research and data analysis, Jardine’s was introduced to a series of growth strategies that focused on overhauled seasonal packaging, a revamped and more efficient paid-media strategy, and a partnership with the NFL and College Football.
