Prolific is called the Growth Firm because we partner with clients to achieve exponential growth. But, I wasn’t expecting how much growth I would enjoy along the way. I’ve grown far closer to my teammates within Prolific Strategy – even while working in a remote capacity – and I’ve grown far more personally and professionally than I ever imagined possible. Prolific has been the best place I’ve ever had the privilege to work.

From war zones to the halls of Congress, we’ve been fortunate to collaborate with entities doing life-saving work on a daily basis.

It’s an honor and a privilege that I get to spend my 9 to 5 career serving organizations that are doing some of the most important work in our community. With volunteer opportunities so readily available to support incredible non-profits — both during and after work hours — it is my true joy to take advantage of these opportunities and show my genuine support, no matter the day of the week!

Working with JDA provides a deeper bench of teammates to rely on and we learn more every day about how our paid efforts can best support what the clients are doing in their organic marketing efforts.

Not only is my team a group of wildly talented individuals, but they are each so sincere, kind, and humble, which can be extremely hard to find among creatives in the ad industry. Even when workloads are busy, my teammates are patient and willing to step in to help when extra support is needed. I love that my team is inherently joyful — even during periods of stress and that our work relationships have become friendships.

It brings me so much joy to help plan and host events at JDA and Prolific. It’s rewarding to see the camaraderie, memories, and fellowship that are created when we all get together and have fun as a team.

Working at Prolific has allowed me to explore what I am interested in and passionate about in the business world. I have been able to sit in meetings with very interesting, passionate, and impactful individuals who I have learned a lot from. In addition to empowering my growth on the sales/revenue team, Prolific has also provided me with opportunities to explore my interest in account management, which led to a full-time transition to JDA’s Accounts Team — all in the first year!

My professional journey began with an extraordinary internship at Prolific, which evolved into a full-time role.
