Emily Poff

Emily is the Vice President of Operations at Prolific, the Indianapolis-based growth firm that helps visionary brands scale by integrating consulting, marketing, and capital services.

A Hoosier native, Emily grew up in New Castle, Indiana. She earned her undergraduate degree from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, Illinois and began her career in community-based nonprofit work, where she developed a passion for purpose-driven leadership. She went on to serve as Executive Director of the Kankakee County Chamber of Commerce before moving to Indy to join Prolific.

Emily holds an MBA from Butler University and specializes in Human Resources. In her role at Prolific, she leads the firm’s people strategy, championing a culture focused on attracting, developing, and retaining high-vision, high-values, high-growth leaders. She also drives operational alignment across the firm’s portfolio companies, JDA, Conquer, and Chernoff Newman. Her work spans human resources, communications, technology, and facilities, ensuring the infrastructure is in place to support sustainable growth and long-term impact.

Emily and her husband, Michael, live in Fishers with their Golden Retriever, Duke. Outside of work, they enjoy exploring the city, cheering on the Pacers, and spending time with friends at their favorite local restaurants and coffeeshops.
